Deliveries scheduled bi-weekly for Williston.
Completed = red
Order of pickup families: JN, LG, JK, CP ...

How to complete a pickup

1. Before you leave your town, stop at your local host home and pick up the empty coolers and bottles that were returned last time

2. Come to the farm or designated mid-way point and load up the coolers

3. Bring the milk back to your area host home

4. Call each of the owners on the packing slip and let them know that their milk is available

Milk Pickup Group Notes:
1. Full bottles are packed in ice at the farm.  Carry empty returned bottles conveniently by wrapping them in a sheet of newspaper and placing them in a grocery bag.

2. The person completing the delivery to the host home calls each group member on the packing list to tell them when their milk is ready for pickup.

3. Leave empty bottles at the host home when picking up full ones.

4. A cooler packing list from the farm is included with the milk to tell everyone who gets what products and includes phone numbers and the address of the host home.  Leave this note with the milk.  Individual bottles are labeled with each owner's last name.

5. The date on the jars is the date the milk was milked from the cow.  The milk should taste fresh for two weeks after this date, depending on how cold it has been kept.
