Pastured Pork (Beginning 18 February 2012, Bartlett Farm has pork by cuts or halves in the freezer for retail sale anytime, which can be delivered with your other products or shipped.)
Our locally grown, naturally healthy pork is raised without growth hormones, antibiotics, or chemical stimulants. One whole hog provides approximately 137 lbs of pork for $573.40 cut and wrapped, which is about $4.20/lb with minimal bone or fat. Curing of hams & bacon is typically an additional 50 cents per pound. Halves are available too. If you are an adventurous cook and want more value per pound, ask for the head, feet, heart, liver, kidneys, tail, soup bones and lard. Then the price is less than $3.28/lb. www.BartlettFarm.us 701-263-4574. $150 deposit will hold a half hog, $300 will hold a whole hog.
