Mr. Charlie Chick is working with us and wrote this book which discloses the secrets of successful inventing from a Christian perspective. Our boys were riveted to their seat as we read about Mr. Chick's boyhood rocketry experience which blew up the garage and his many other interesting invention stories. Mr. Chick is known for being the founder of Guardsman Alarm Corporation which he sold to Honeywell. Everyone has had an idea for a new product or service at least once in his or her lifetime, but few of us have ever done anything with those ideas. In this book, you'll discover how to harness create and spiritual energies to generate concrete, workable inventions, and practical tops on how to research, patent and market new ideas.

Book in Progress
God chose the writing of books to help communicate the Christian faith to all generations (2 Timothy 3:16). His example underscores the value of writing to both clarify understanding (Habakuk 2:2) and to teach others (Ephesians 4:11). Therefore, we are involved in multiple writing projects, including the history of home education in North Dakota.
Through an understanding of how God worked in home education history, we best perceive our present position and plan strategic actions to protect and further this aspect of our faith and freedom (Matthew 5:12). One of the strategic actions is the formation of the Family University Network and Bartlett University.
The better home educators understand the Bible, common law, Constitutional restrictions on government, and the cost required to protect our inalienable rights, the better our children and the Church will convey the faith and take dominion in a culture at war with God and its own history.
The book, tentatively titled "Confirming the Word," is aiming to present the history of ND home education from a Biblical view, outlining the scenery of events, and coloring those events with the firsthand stories and important wisdom from the pioneering families.
