Engineering Project Teams

As a complement to the family university network engineering apprenticeships and entrepreneurships, the Bartletts contract with a number of companies around the world to provide engineering research, development, and education services.

- Our expertise is in the bodies of knowledge comprising mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, and engineering education.

- Our experience base is derived from: Automotive service, design and manufacturing. Airline liaison and shop engineering. Aircraft design and manufacturing. Composites manufacturing. Failure analysis. Electronics board level manufacturing. Design for manufacturability. Aircraft structures certification. Lean manufacturing. Medical device development and prototyping. Nano-scale process engineering. Engineering and business ethics. Lead free electronics. Corrosion control. Metal machining. Project management. Finite element modeling of bone. Fracture mechanics. Computer aided design and manufacturing.

- We often help write proposals and technical papers or technical manuals.

- Web and teleconferencing enables our teams to work efficiently both locally and globally.

- Where company employees are interested, we can deliver courses and even complete engineering and other curricula through the family university network.

- We are committed to serving companies as we would like to be served (Matthew 7:12).

Award

One of our team engineers was awarded the Prestigious Sargent Americanism Award in 2003 for innovatively teaching the business of manufacturing at the university level.

Leadership

Our engineers have had leadership experiences in their respective societies.

Flexibility

Being people and service oriented, our teams want to help where needed, even if off the beaten path. They enjoy the opportunities to be involved whether it be in high level brain storming or simply helping with the small daily things. Our aim is to serve.

Minimum Cost

We can and do provide our expertise at the minimum cost because we understand the competitive pressures of business and enjoy what we do. Monetary gain is not our motive for service.
